Meet the Reflexologist

Lori J. Breda was born and raised in Glassport, PA, and has been a resident of Elizabeth Boro since 1998.  As a wife and mother of seven, she initially began researching complementary therapies in order to help her own family deal with chronic health issues that remained unresolved through conventional medical treatment alone. 

She became interested in reflexology after learning about Father Josef Eugster – the Catholic priest who developed the Rwo Shur method of foot reflexology and used it to completely eradicate his rheumatoid arthritis.

​Inspired by Father Josef's success, Lori trained professionally to practitioner level and began her mobile practice in 2015.  She greatly enjoys sharing the many benefits of therapeutic reflexology with clients in the Elizabeth Forward area and surrounding communities.
